Zusammenfassung

ALTEN Switzerland is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support a major rolling stock modernization program. You will provide electrical engineering input, maintain production documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multinational sites.

Requirements include a degree in electrical engineering, experience with electrical systems and production, and fluency in French and English (German a bonus). The position offers a permanent contract managed by ALTEN Switzerland AG.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering and related discipline.
• Experience in electrical systems engineering, industrial production, or rolling stock/transportation projects.
• Experience creating work instructions, procedures and QC documentation.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and international project environments.
• Hands-on approach to implementing new equipment and processes.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide electrical engineering support to production teams for a rolling stock modernization program.
• Ensure implementation of technical requirements and engineering guidelines in production.
• Collaborate with development teams, production personnel, system engineers and project teams.
• Develop and maintain electrical production documentation and work instructions.
• Support introduction of new production activities with technical expertise and compliance.
• Qualify, validate and implement new industrial tools, equipment and processes.
• Act as interface between production, fleet management and engineering teams.
• Contribute to successful delivery of the modernization program by solving technical challenges.
