Holcim in Zug, Switzerland seeks an Electrical and Automation Engineer to support greenfield and brownfield plants across all project phases, focusing on CAPEX delivery for Cement and CCUS initiatives.

The candidate will hold a university degree in Electrical/Automation engineering with 5+ years of industrial CAPEX experience, strong technical leadership, and ability to travel to project sites worldwide.

Qualifikationen

University degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial CAPEX project engineering.
Experience in cement, heavy industry, or process engineering is preferred.

Aufgaben

Drive a strong safety culture across all engineering activities.
Develop electrical and automation engineering concepts for business cases and tender packages.
Review detailed design documentation for compliance with standards and cost efficiency.
Oversee quality control and execution of electrical and automation packages during projects.
Qualify global suppliers for electrical systems and drive technical governance.
Collaborate across international teams to manage deliverables on multiple projects.
