Zusammenfassung

The Education and Innovation Department in Winterthur is seeking a dedicated Project Manager Education and Innovation to join from 1 November 2026. The fixed-term role lasts 9 to 12 months, with a possible permanent contract.

You will lead and coordinate projects across primary education, advise school boards, prepare data, design municipal training, and develop decision-making bases under cantonal priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in education.
• Experience in education or organizational/project management.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and data preparation with R.
• Interest in developing services for primary schools in Winterthur.
• Flexible, structured, independent working style with strategic thinking.

Aufgaben

• Lead, collaborate on, and implement projects in primary education.
• Advise and support school boards and departments on development measures.
• Prepare data for management and control of offerings (e.g., German as a second language).
• Coordinate municipal training for school practice personnel.
• Collect and share information on relevant educational topics.
• Develop decision-making bases for the department and school board.
