Source Group International is seeking an experienced Test Manager for a large, complex E-Government environment in Switzerland. You will bridge testing, infrastructure, releases and operations, coordinating multiple technical teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth test cycles and deployments.

You will drive test automation initiatives and support knowledge transfer across the organization, with a focus on governance projects and federal administration standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Test Manager in large, complex IT landscapes.
• Strong coordination and communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with release implementations and upgrades.
• Knowledge of E-Government solutions and government portals.

Aufgaben

• Manage and coordinate test systems and environments for eGov.Swiss.
• Plan availability of test environments with developers and operations.
• Coordinate incidents and issue resolution affecting test/production infra.
• Lead test activities with leads, testers and stakeholders.
• Support Test Lead across testing lifecycle and processes.
• Review test cases and provide hands-on testing support.
• Prepare and lead release deployments and upgrades.
