Zusammenfassung

KPMG Switzerland is seeking a Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager to drive Dynamics ERP Finance engagements in Zurich. The role focuses on finance-led ERP implementations, process optimization, and transformation roadmaps within a global advisory network.

You will work on record-to-report, procure-to-pay, and other finance processes while guiding clients and junior colleagues. A strong finance background and Dynamics MB-310 are preferred, with language skills in English and German.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business informatics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM implementation experience, especially in finance.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, controls & reporting; translates business needs into ERP requirements.
• Ability to build trust with finance stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and communicate clearly with business and technical teams.
• Experience in solution design, testing, data migration, cutover and change activities in complex transformations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance; MB-310; Power Platform and Copilot integration an advantage.
• Proficient English and German; French is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Strengthen KPMG's Microsoft Dynamics ERP advisory capabilities with a focus on Finance.
• Help clients improve finance operations, reporting, compliance and decision-making with Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Advise on finance processes such as record-to-report, procure-to-pay, demand-to-cash, fixed assets and project accounting.
• Design finance solution concepts, target operating models, process improvements and practical transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues and the international KPMG network to share finance, ERP and Dynamics insights.
• Support bids, demos and knowledge sharing and coach junior colleagues in an inclusive, supportive way.
