Job summary

Kallysoft in Basel-Landschaft is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join our team. You will advise customers, analyze processes, and implement BC and CRM solutions across varied projects.

You bring hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 BC and CRM, a strong understanding of business processes, and enjoy customer-facing, independent work. German fluency and good English are required to collaborate with diverse clients.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement.
Good understanding of business processes.
Experience in consulting on or supporting ERP and CRM solutions.
Customer-facing, independent, solution-oriented work style.
Excellent German and good English skills.

Responsibilities

Advising and supporting customers on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM.
Analysing existing business processes and developing solutions tailored to each customer.
Implementing, configuring and further developing Business Central and CRM solutions.
Gathering, analysing and documenting customer requirements.
Guiding our customers from requirements analysis through to successful implementation.
Running workshops and end-user training sessions.
Supporting existing customer solutions and their continuous development.
Working closely with our internal team and external contacts.
