Wingtra AG is seeking a Production Quality Control Specialist to join our robotics scaleup in Zürich. You will be the first line of technical support on the production floor, diagnosing and fixing failures across VTOL drones, sub-systems, sensors and in-process tests to ensure every aircraft shipped meets our field standards.

You will analyze yields, identify root causes, and drive CAPA actions in collaboration with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain, shaping product quality and overall

Qualificações

• Spent 4+ years as a quality technician, quality inspector or assembly technician on a complex mechatronic product.
• Understands how mechanics, electronics, sensors and firmware interact.

Responsabilidades

• First call when production hits a snag and provide on-line technical support.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic and system-level failures on drones and sub-assemblies.
• Own incoming inspection and in-process tests and improve them over time.
• Decide on disposition of quarantined material (rework, repair, scrap or return).
• Lead root cause analyses (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D) for recurring failures.
• Analyze yields and quarantine Pareto charts to identify high-impact issues.
• Close the loop with corrective actions (CAPA) and track to closure.
• Keep failure, test and repair records traceable.
• Share findings with Engineering and suppliers and train staff on failure modes.
