Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced business degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in strategic intelligence or related fields.
• Ability to translate complex data into executive recommendations.
• Experience influencing senior leaders in matrixed organizations.
• Pharma or biopharmaceutical sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic intelligence initiatives informing Corporate Affairs and enterprise decisions.
• Transform complex analysis into insights, implications, and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Connect external developments to business priorities, identifying risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Develop enterprise-level perspectives to shape Corporate Affairs strategy and decision-making.
• Translate organizational priorities into intelligence questions that focus on what matters.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide trusted counsel on emerging external dynamics.
• Identify intelligence gaps and anticipate developments with potential impact.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and connect intelligence across priorities and analyses.
• Strengthen intelligence capabilities and ways of working across the function.
• Coach and develop colleagues’ capabilities in business partnership and strategic leadership.
