• Foster a strong partnership with Customers and Franchise (Globally and Regionally) while also managing supply risk within the Spine supply chain.
• Develop and communicate a continuous Supply Chain Plan aligned with the Spine Business Strategy at all levels, in coordination with key stakeholders while orchestrating required tradeoffs to deliver business objectives.
• Align metrics and KPIs with a focus on Reliability, Innovation, Profitability, and Cash Flow, setting Performance Targets for both Internal and External Manufacturing Operations to achieve goals.
• Develop and implement processes to manage and balance the Supply Chain Portfolio of projects that support performance
