Sazerac Company is seeking a Marketing and Corporate Services Procurement Director to shape sourcing strategies across marketing and all indirect categories. You will lead negotiations, supplier performance, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, IT, and HR to align with enterprise objectives.

You will drive cost savings, risk management, and process excellence while governing a team of category specialists and championing ethics and supplier diversity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive procurement or category management experience in Marketing and indirect services.
• Demonstrated ability to develop category strategies, manage suppliers, and negotiate complex contracts.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and relationship management skills.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and executive-level stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with procurement tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement category strategies for Marketing and Corporate Services, aligned with business objectives.
• Lead sourcing, negotiating, and contracting for Marketing, and for corporate insurance, legal, audit and consulting services, IT software and hardware, HR programs, relocation, and travel management.
• Drive procurement initiatives that deliver cost savings, supplier innovation, and risk mitigation.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and scorecards to monitor supplier performance and contract compliance.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, IT, and HR stakeholders to identify demand and design sourcing solutions.
• Manage the Corporate & Professional Services Procurement team, coaching and developing category specialists.
