TechYard seeks a Director of Forward Deployed Engineering to own delivery, lead the team, and manage partnerships with Palantir and Databricks. You will drive end-to-end client engagements from scoping to production and shape the commercial outcomes of the FDE practice.

You will operate with senior engineers and executives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, based in Zurich or willing to relocate, with German language skills considered a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Senior engineering leadership experience in a client-facing or professional-services environment.
• Hands-on credibility with Palantir Foundry/AIP and Databricks.
• Ability to operate with engineers and executives in ambiguous, high-stakes settings.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Zurich; German language skills a plus.
