Swissquote is seeking a Head of Internal Audit - Director to lead the function, shape the audit strategy, and ensure regulatory alignment across FINMA requirements. You will oversee risk-based audits, develop analytics, and build a high-performing team.

In this role you will present findings to the Board and Audit & Risk Committee, challenge management on control weaknesses, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining independence and objectivity.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or CPA is a must.
• Strong knowledge of FINMA and Swiss banking regulation.

Aufgaben

• Define and maintain the Internal Audit strategy and annual plan.
• Lead risk assessments and ensure coverage of financial, operational, IT, and regulatory risks.
• Challenge management on control weaknesses and remediation plans.
• Report to Board and Audit & Risk Committee; provide independent view.
• Develop data analytics and QAIP, and manage budget and resources.
