Job summary

Chair Airlines AG in Zürich is seeking a Senior Cabin Crew Member / Purser with at least 1 year of professional experience. You will lead onboard service, ensure safety and high-quality customer care, and collaborate with cockpit crew, management and external partners.

Fluency in German and English is required; Albanian or other languages are a plus. A valid unrestricted Swiss or EU/EFTA passport is essential, and you must pass a medical check.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member / Purser.
• Fluent in German and English; Albanian or additional languages are a plus.
• Completed school or vocational education.
• Good health and ability to pass a medical check prior to employment.
• Excellent leadership and service-oriented mindset; well-groomed with impeccable manners.

Key Responsibilities:

Organise and proactively plan onboard workflows, ensuring the effective deployment of crew members according to their qualifications and experience

Actively implement company objectives to ensure a first-class, friendly, and customer-oriented service experience on board

Perform administrative tasks, such as reporting, to maintain and continuously improve our quality standards.

Your profile:

At least 1 year of professional experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member / Purser.

Fluent in German and English; Albanian and additional languages are an advantage.

Completed school or vocational education.

Good health (medical check prior to employment).

Excellent leadership skills.

Friendly and charming communication style.

Outgoing and charming personality.

Well-groomed appearance and impeccable manners.

Valid unrestricted Swiss or EU/EFTA passport.
