Job summary

pflegimuri sucht eine/n Dipl. Activation Specialist HF, um activationstherapeutische Angebote zu planen, zu gestalten und gemeinsam mit den Bewohnern eine vielfältige Alltagsstruktur zu schaffen.

Sie arbeiten selbständig, kreativ und flexibel, orientieren sich an den Wünschen der Bewohner und fördern Selbstbestimmung sowie soziale Teilhabe. Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit anderen Bereichen ist Ihnen wichtig.

Qualifications

• Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss als Dipl. Activation Specialist HF.
• Sie begegnen Menschen mit echtem Interesse, Wertschätzung und auf Augenhöhe.
• Sie gehen mehr als nur Routine; entdecken gemeinsam mit Bewohnern, was ihnen aktuell wichtig ist.
• Sie arbeiten selbständig, kreativ und flexibel und bringen eigene Ideen ein.
• Sie schätzen Zusammenarbeit im Aktivierungsteam und mit verschiedenen Fachgruppen.

Responsibilities

• Sie planen, gestalten und evaluieren Aktivierungsangebote und eine abwechslungsreiche Tagesstruktur.
• Sie orientieren sich an den Interessen, Ressourcen und individuellen Wünschen der Bewohner.
• Sie bringen Aktivierung dorthin, wo das Leben stattfindet: Bett, Werkstatt, Fitnessraum.
• Sie fördern Selbstbestimmung, vorhandene Kompetenzen, soziale Teilhabe und persönliche Entwicklung.
• Sie arbeiten eng mit den Wohnbereichen und anderen Fachbereichen zusammen und integrieren Ihre Expertise in den Alltag.

Your tasks – here you can unleash your potential

You plan, design, and evaluate activation therapeutic offerings and a varied daily structure – individually and in groups.

You orient yourself to the interests and resources and individual wishes of the residents.

You bring activation to where life takes place: to the bed, to the workshop, the fitness room, or wherever encounters are happening.

You promote self-determination, existing skills, social participation, and personal development.

You work closely with the living groups and other specialist areas and integrate your expertise into the everyday life of pflegimuri.
