Siegfried AG in Zofingen invites a skilled Business Process Architect to join our digitalization team. You will develop enterprise process architecture, lead process mapping using BPMN/SCOR, and drive transformation across manufacturing, QA, supply chain, and R&D.

Reporting to the Global Head Digitalization, you will govern processes, partner with IT and operations, run workshops, and foster a culture of process-oriented thinking while delivering quick wins and longer-term transformation

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Professional certification such as CBAP or CBPA is preferred.
• 5 years of proven experience in business process transformation and digital transformation.
• Advanced project management skills with a data-driven mindset.

Aufgaben

• Develop, document, and maintain enterprise-level process architecture linking strategy to execution.
• Lead process mapping and modelling (BPMN, APQC, SCOR) across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, sales, and R&D.
• Ensure designs align with corporate strategy, regulations, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and performance gains.
• Partner with digital transformation teams to embed solutions and drive quick wins and long-term projects.
• Establish and maintain process governance frameworks; review processes for evolving regulations.
• Bridge operations, IT, and leadership to translate business needs into executable processes.
• Lead workshops and training to promote adoption of new processes; drive process-oriented culture.
