Digital Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

For this role we are seeking an experienced and hands-on digital marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with strong operational execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will drive digital marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

This includes the following tasks:

• Develop and execute the company’s overall digital marketing strategy, aligned with business and commercial objectives.
• Plan, manage and optimize digital campaigns across relevant channels, including paid social, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, content and other digital platforms.
• Own the digital marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources and media spend.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition and overall marketing efficiency.
• Manage and continuously improve the company’s website, landing pages and digital customer journey.
• Work closely with content, sales, creative and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign execution.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers and other digital marketing partners when required.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct market, competitor and audience analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
• Support the development of the company’s content and social media strategy, ensuring that digital activities contribute to broader brand objectives.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments, tools, platforms and best practices in digital marketing.
• Take ownership of projects from strategy and planning through to execution, measurement and optimization.

What makes you a great fit:

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or a similar role, with a proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, SEO, CRM/email marketing and digital analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies and external partners, combined with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business results.
• Experience in fashion, luxury, B2C, e-commerce and/or international markets; agency experience is a plus.
• English fluent, German & Italian are a plus
