For this role we are seeking an experienced and hands‑on digital marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with strong operational execution. Working closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners, you will drive digital marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

This includes the following tasks:

• Develop and execute the company’s overall digital marketing strategy, aligned with business and commercial objectives.
• Plan, manage and optimize digital campaigns across relevant channels, including paid social, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, content and other digital platforms.
• Own the digital marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources and media spend.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition and overall marketing efficiency.
• Manage and continuously improve the company’s website, landing pages and digital customer journey.
• Work closely with content, sales, creative and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign execution.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers and other digital marketing partners when required.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct market, competitor and audience analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
• Support the development of the company’s content and social media strategy, ensuring that digital activities contribute to broader brand objectives.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments, tools, platforms and best practices in digital marketing.
• Take ownership of projects from strategy and planning through to execution, measurement and optimization.

What makes you a great fit:

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or a similar role, with a proven track record of developing and executing multi‑channel digital marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, SEO, CRM/email marketing and digital analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies and external partners, combined with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and hands‑on mindset, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business results.
• Experience in fashion, luxury, B2C, e‑commerce and/or international markets; agency experience is a plus.
• English fluent, German & Italian are a plus
