Swissquote in Gland, Switzerland, seeks an experienced Design System Lead to own and evolve our design system across the website and digital media. You will collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers and stakeholders to translate needs into scalable components and guidelines with strong Figma skills.

You will drive adoption, ensure accessibility, and stay current with design system methods and AI-assisted design.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong UX/UI and digital design expertise with knowledge of interaction, responsive design and accessibility.
• Proven experience designing digital interfaces and managing design systems.
• Excellent command of Figma, especially components, variants, variables, styles, and libraries.
• Proven ability to coordinate, organise and develop a scalable design system adopted by all teams.
• Proficiency with AI tools and integrating generative AI into design processes.
• Experience collaborating with front-end developers and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and component architecture is a plus.
• Fluency in French and good working knowledge of English.

• Manage and develop the design system in Figma using AI.
• Create and document components, styles, variables and guidelines.
• Check consistency of interfaces across the website (.com).
• Help designers to adopt the design system.
• Facilitate collaboration between design, copywriting, integration and development teams.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate integration of components.
• Build interfaces that are accessible and responsive across screens.
• Centralise, organise and prioritise design system updates.
• Stay up to date with UX/UI practices, accessibility rules and AI tools.
