Zusammenfassung

TSMG is seeking Depot Specialists to support autonomous vehicle fleets across Europe. You will ensure vehicles are cleaned, charged, inspected, and deployment-ready from a dedicated depot, coordinating movement and daily operations.

Training will be provided. The role involves hands-on tasks, meticulous attention to detail, and collaboration with Safety Operators, Technicians, and Operations Leads to maintain fleet readiness and safety.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver's license and comfortable with EVs and conventional vehicles.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Aufgaben

• Prepare vehicles for daily fleet operations and ensure readiness.
• Inspect vehicles and verify cleanliness, charging, and overall condition.
• Coordinate vehicle movement, parking, charging, and staging at the depot.
• Support dispatch/return processes and maintain depot cleanliness.
• Record status, charging information, and operational observations.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in continuous improvement.
