Job summary

ON.com LLC is seeking a Senior Specialist in DC Operational Excellence to standardize processes and governance across a global 3PL network. You will design SOPs, drive audits, and ensure inventory control aligns with IRA objectives, while supporting RFP activities and scalable omni-channel fulfillment initiatives.

You will champion Lean methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, DMAIC), quantify bottlenecks, build business cases (ROI, capacity, OPEX/CAPEX), and mentor cross-functional teams across Retail, B2B,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in SCM, Logistics, or related field.
• 5–8 years in warehouse ops or process engineering.
• Experience with SOP governance and audits in 3PL multi-channel env.

Responsibilities

• Define and harmonize global SOPs and audit framework.
• Lead operational audits and close gaps with regional teams.
• Manage inventory control standards and IRA accuracy.
• Support RFPs and vendor readiness for network.
• Drive CI initiatives using Lean, 5S, DMAIC.
