Qualifications

• Must hold Minnesota First Class Engineer boiler license; second class acceptable if upgrade within a year.
• Supervisory experience in custodial operations preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of custodial methods, materials and equipment; follow instructions.
• Work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Communicate positively with staff and the public.
• Assign and monitor custodial tasks at assigned buildings.
• Coordinate building schedules and related custodial needs.
• Perform boiler checks and building safety checks; maintain boiler records/logs.
• Visit district buildings to carry out duties.
