Zusammenfassung

LGT Capital Partners is seeking a Data & Process Analyst to diagnose data quality issues, trace them to the business processes that created them, and drive end-to-end remediation—from root cause analysis through data cleansing to redesigning the underlying process so the problem doesn't recur.

This hands-on role collaborates with business teams, IT and senior leadership to deliver lasting improvements rather than quick patches, establish governance and monitoring, enable automation, and support

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in data quality, data management or business process analysis.
• Experience in private markets, asset management or financial services.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• End-to-end project experience with data and process improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with data ecosystems, data flows, lineage, and governance.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose root causes of data quality issues by analyzing data patterns and lineage.
• Trace data issues to business processes and operational workflows.
• Redesign and optimize processes to prevent issues at the source.
• Lead end-to-end remediation including data cleansing and process changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across business, IT and data teams.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and data ownership to sustain improvements.
• Promote automation to reduce manual work and scalability.
