Job summary

On is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for the Data Enablement team within the Commercial function. You will lead data engineers, data analysts and data scientists by guiding architecture and data product delivery, while ensuring governance and best practices.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across Digital, Retail and B2B to build trusted data products, evangelize data discipline and drive adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data warehousing, modeling and ELT experience with SQL/Python.
• Experience partnering with Commercial stakeholders (ecom, retail, sales).
• Proven people leadership with ICs under direct management.
• Expert knowledge of data infrastructure, APIs, pipelines and observability.
• Hands-on with cloud data platforms (GCP) and automated CI/CD.
• Familiarity with AI tooling for data analytics and innovation.
