Reboot Monkey in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our on-site team.

You will install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment, perform structured cabling, and monitor power, cooling, and security. This full-time role requires 3+ years in data center operations; vendor and data center certifications are preferred; strong documentation and safety mindset is essential.

Qualifikationen

3+ years of data center operations experience.
Familiarity with Cat6/6a and fiber cabling.
Knowledge of power distribution and UPS systems.
Experience with rack and stack operations.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Aufgaben

Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment
Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
Execute hardware deployments and decommissions
Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security)
Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting
Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
Participate in capacity planning and upgrades
Knowledge of ITIL practices (preferred)
