Reboot Monkey in Olten, Switzerland, is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our on-site team. You will install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment, perform structured cabling, and support critical facility operations in a world-class data center environment.

The role requires 3+ years in data center operations, strong troubleshooting and documentation skills, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Certifications in CDCP/CDCS/CDCE or vendor programs are preferred.

Qualifikationen

3+ years data center operations experience.
Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber).
Strong troubleshooting and documentation abilities.

Aufgaben

Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
