Job summary

Haleon in Nyon, Switzerland is seeking a motivated student for a 6-month internship in the Material Scheduling team to support continuous improvement of forecasting tools and automations. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate demand into component requirements and optimize MOQs.

Applicants must be enrolled in a relevant degree program with strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency and programming experience.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Engineering).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are proficient in Excel, data analysis tools and programming.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
Good team player with communication and stakeholder-management skills, able to facilitate alignment across functions.
Autonomous, curious, pragmatic and able to translate operational know-how into clear documentation.

Responsibilities

Support Zero Waste forecasting by improving forecasting tool.
Be part of the material scheduling / Performance Centric Team & attend Daily Direction Setting meeting.
Collaborate with Supply Planning Hub, Continuous improvement team & material scheduling team.
Automate forecasting tools for raw materials, APIs, neutrals & printed components to minimize manual intervention (Python-based).
Automate Long-Term Capacity Planning by translating demand for next five years into component-level requirements.
