Job summary

Haleon invites a motivated student to join the Material Scheduling team in Nyon for a 6-month internship focused on data analytics. You will support forecasting improvements and help drive data‑driven decisions across functions.

You'll gain hands-on experience with forecasting tools, automation using Python, and capacity planning. This role emphasizes collaboration, rigorous analysis, and real impact on Haleon’s operations.

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Engineering).
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are proficient in Excel, data analysis tools and programming.
• You are detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
• You are a good team player with stakeholder-management skills and ability to facilitate alignment.
• You are autonomous, curious, pragmatic and able to translate operations into clear docs.

Responsibilities

• Support zero waste forecasting by improving forecasting tool.
• Be part of material scheduling/Performance Centric Team & attend daily direction setting meeting.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning Hub, CI team & material scheduling team.
• Automate forecasting tools for raw materials, APIs, neutrals & printed components (Python-based).
• Automate long-term capacity planning by translating demand into component requirements.
• Develop a tool to compare component MOQs against finished product requirements.
