Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Run vulnerability management and patching: track findings to closure, prioritize remediation, and report on progress.
• Conduct periodic user and privileged access reviews and help maintain least-privilege access across systems.
• Support identity and access management (IAM) operations, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access policy enforcement.
• Handle day-to-day security operations, monitoring, and routine investigations.
• Manage security awareness training and phishing simulation programs and follow up on results.
• Triage and respond to incident escalations from our managed detection and response provider, driving them to resolution and escalating where appropriate.
• Take ownership of analyst-level security tasks and recurring operational work to support the broader team.
• Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across Garda's offices.
• Work on security related initiatives as directed by the security architect.

Garda is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst with experience to support day‑to‑day security operations, including vulnerability management, IAM, incident response, access reviews, and security awareness initiatives. The role also involves partnering with stakeholders across the firm on security policies, vendor due diligence, and other security projects, with financial services experience preferred.
