Deloitte SA in Geneva is seeking a Cyber Strategy & Transformation Manager within Technology & Transformation. You will lead project teams on complex engagements, translate technical findings into clear recommendations for security and IT leaders, and build lasting client relationships day to day.

The role sits in our Cyber practice and requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. With 80–100% workload, start on 1 December 2026 or as agreed, and a permanent contract, you will spot

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in professional services advisory focusing on cyber strategy.
• Proven track record delivering large cybersecurity projects and leading teams.
• Strong interpersonal and sales abilities; able to influence and win new business.
• Certifications such as CISSP, GSTRT, CISM are advantageous.

Mansioni

• Lead project teams on complex cyber engagements and translate findings into clear recommendations.
