As a Manager, you will lead project teams on complex engagements, turn technical findings into clear recommendations for security and IT leaders, and build lasting relationships with client teams day to day. You will also help us grow: spotting opportunities on your engagements, contributing to proposals and offerings that set us apart, and supporting our partners in winning new clients in a market where expertise and credibility make the difference.
You will apply your knowledge of the client needs and industries to identify relevant cyber risks and develop a tailored strategy on how to best navigate thoseYou will take a leading role in supporting clients' large-scale transformational projects, applying not only your security expertise but also project management experience and social skillsYou will apply innovative thinking to define cost-effective cyber strategies as well implementation recommendations by leveraging your experience, market knowledge and our international network of cybersecurity expertsYou will collaborate with an interdisciplinary and varied set of team members, client stakeholders and service providers from across the globeYou will actively create and manage lasting relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, building on trust as the foundation for business success
Your intrinsic motivation drives you to take ownership and face challenges, your fascination with cybersecurity has led you to stay up-to-date, follow industry trends and grow your expertise in cyber securityYour 5+ years of experience in professional services advisory gives you a deep understanding of cyber strategy and risk management consulting, you also have a proven track record in delivering largescale cybersecurity projects, both as a subject matter expert and leading teams in a project leadership roleYou have strong interpersonal skills, experience in sales, the ability to influence and lead others in an advisory role and the motivation for business development within the cyber spaceCertifications such as CISSP, GSTRT, CISM are considered advantageous, prior Consulting industry experience is essentialYou are fluent in English and French
