Job summary

Medela is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to join our R&D team in a hybrid Baar-based role. You will lead product cybersecurity across devices, apps, cloud services and data flows, defining strategy, governance, roadmaps and risk assessments.

You will coordinate vulnerability management and security verification, and own cybersecurity documentation and supplier evidence. Ideal candidates have a degree in a related field, hands-on experience with threats, SBOMs, and post-market monitoring, and

Qualifications

• Proven product cybersecurity experience in regulated environments.
• Ability to translate cybersecurity risks into engineering requirements.
• Hands-on in threat modelling, risk management, SBOMs, secure development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead product cybersecurity across connected medical devices, embedded software, apps, cloud services, APIs and data flows.
• Define and maintain cybersecurity strategy, governance framework, roadmap and priorities.
• Represent cybersecurity in architecture reviews and supplier discussions.
