Job summary

Capco in Switzerland seeks experienced Cutover Managers to orchestrate a core banking transformation for a Swiss private bank. You will plan and execute the transition from legacy to new platform, across business, technology, data, and operations teams.

You will build a controlled, auditable cutover plan, manage dependencies and risks, run workshops, rehearsals, and go-live support from the Cutover Command Centre.

Qualifications

• Experience in cutover, transition, release, or migration within large-scale transformations.
• Ability to develop integrated cutover plans and execution runbooks across multiple systems and vendors.
• Strong understanding of dependencies, critical paths, readiness, governance, and go/no-go processes.
• Proven stakeholder management and workshop facilitation across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated cutover plan and execution runbook.
• Coordinate activities across business, technology, data, infrastructure, and vendors.
• Identify dependencies, critical paths, and risks; optimize sequencing.
• Lead cutover planning workshops and dress rehearsals; capture lessons learned.
• Support go-live through the Cutover Command Centre with clear ownership of issues.
