IMC in Zug, Switzerland is seeking a Mid Office Associate to support day-to-day post-trade operations across CeFi, DeFi, and OTC, building scalable processes with developers.

You will reconcile positions, trades, and cash/token balances, calculate daily P&L, and collaborate with Trading, Finance, Risk, and Technology to improve reconciliation and valuation systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in trading operations, middle office, or related function.
• Crypto/digital asset experience strongly preferred.
• Strong Python and SQL abilities.

• Perform daily reconciliation of positions, trades, and balances across CeFi, DeFi, and OTC.
• Calculate and substantiate daily P&L across asset types.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks, valuation discrepancies, settlement issues.
• Build Python-based tools and notebooks to automate workflows.
• Query and manage data across internal databases for reconciliation and reporting.
• Synthesize complex situations into clear deliverables for traders and management.
• Collaborate with technology teams to scope enhancements to systems.
• Gather requirements from Trading, Finance, Risk, and Technology to improve processes.
