Zusammenfassung

Kraken is building the future of open finance from Switzerland. This role owns the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for fraud projects, coordinating with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Risk, and external vendors to design secure, compliant fraud systems across jurisdictions.

You will drive end-to-end delivery of fraud features, collaborate on technical specifications, and ensure workflows enable investigations while protecting legitimate user activity.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in fraud, crypto, trading platforms, or financial infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of fraud processes and infrastructure.
• Experience working with institutional trading products or financial market infrastructure.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, legal, finance, compliance, and external vendors.
• Experience managing API-based integrations with third-party providers.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical systems into clear product requirements and roadmaps.

Aufgaben

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for fraud solutions, including revamping case management for fraud and ATO.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of fraud features from discovery through implementation and launch.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define technical specifications, APIs, workflows, and operational processes for fraud and ATO.
• Work with Legal, Fraud Strategy, and Ops to ensure products meet jurisdictional requirements.
• Partner with external vendors to define integration scope and technical requirements.
• Build systems that support investigations, risk detection, and user protection while minimizing friction for legitimate activity.
• Prioritize initiatives to improve monitoring coverage, attribution accuracy, alerting quality, and efficiency.
