Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of professional experience in financial services or similarly regulated environments.
• Proven track record in transformation, operational excellence, or operational leadership.
• Strong program and project management skills with ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Experience co-leading technology and AI implementations as program manager, product owner, or business owner.

Aufgaben

• Lead design and evolution of the Credit e2e operating model, including AI to enhance efficiency.
• Translate business outcomes into target-state processes, service models, governance, and operating principles.
• Program manage technology-enabled initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
