Job summary

ALTEN in Switzerland is seeking a CQV Manager for a major pharmaceutical expansion project. You will lead Commissioning, Qualification & Validation activities for a large-scale CAPEX program in a highly regulated environment.

The role requires a MSc/Bachelor in Engineering or Pharmaceutical Sciences, 5+ years in CQV/Validation, strong GMP knowledge, and English fluency; German is a plus. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Project Management.

Qualifications

MSc/Bachelor’s in Engineering or Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
Extensive experience (5+ years) in CQV, Validation, Engineering, or Project Management (pharma/biotech).
Strong GMP/cGMP knowledge and CAPEX project experience with CQV/Validation leadership.
Fluent English required; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute CQV strategies aligned with GMP/cGMP standards.
Oversee multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Manage planning, resources, timelines, and risk mitigation for validation deliverables.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Project Management teams.
Drive continuous improvement and best practices in CQV.
