Zusammenfassung

Empira Group in Switzerland seeks an experienced Controlling professional to drive group-wide investment and operational controlling. You will co-develop a scalable reporting system, prepare budgets and forecasts per HGB/IFRS with budget managers, and perform variance analyses for senior management.

You will communicate across levels, optimise planning processes, and implement high-quality analytical tools to standardise corporate controlling at the group level.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Real Estate Management, ideally with accounting/controlling/finance focus.
• Several years’ professional experience in corporate controlling, ideally in property or fund sector.
• Strong numbers aptitude and outstanding analytical skills.
• Confident, articulate with excellent coordination and management abilities.
• Very good MS Excel; LucaNet knowledge is a plus.
• Goal-oriented, independent, hands-on approach.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Own group-wide investment controlling and operational controlling for the group of companies.

• Develop and implement transparent, high-quality controlling concepts and tools to standardise the group.
• Continuously optimise planning, management and control processes across the group.

Your mission

• Responsibility for group-wide investment controlling and the operational controlling of the group of companies
• Active development of a reporting system commensurate with the size of the company, as well as the associated corporate controlling structures
• Preparation of budget plans and forecasts for individual companies and the Group in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), in collaboration with budget managers
• Preparation and analysis of status reports, ad hoc analyses and variance analyses, as well as monitoring of key performance indicators relevant to management control
• Independent communication with various levels of management, cost centre managers and the accounts department
• Further development and implementation of transparent, high-quality concepts and analytical tools to standardise corporate controlling
• Continuous optimisation of all planning, management and control processes within the group

Your profile

• A degree in Business Administration, Economics or Real Estate Management, ideally with a specialisation in Accounting, Controlling or Finance, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years’ professional experience in corporate controlling, ideally within the property or fund sector
• A proactive approach, a strong aptitude for numbers and outstanding analytical skills
• A confident and articulate manner, combined with exceptional coordination and management skills
• Very good proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel; ideally, knowledge of LucaNet
• A goal-oriented and independent approach to work with a hands-on mentality
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English
