Breitling is seeking a part-time Contremaître Facility Services to oversee site cleanliness and facility operations in La Chaux-de-Fonds. The role focuses on inspection rounds, stock control of consumables, and coordination of service providers, with emphasis on safety, ordering, and proper storage of materials.

You will work independently, communicate effectively in French, and manage schedules and administrative support within Facility Management.

Qualificações

• Experience in Facility Management, building caretaking or building services.
• Independent and reliable with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of cleaning products and consumables.
• Fluent in French; German a plus.
• Hold a category B driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct inspection rounds across the site and monitor facilities.
• Oversee stocks of consumables and cleaning products; place orders and manage storage.
• Coordinate charging for electric vehicles and arrange special cleaning/vehicle repairs.
• Monitor cleaning quality; organize special cleaning and maintain outdoor areas.
• Coordinate waste collection and recycling; ensure containers are emptied weekly.
• Request and compare quotations; plan service provider interventions and oversee completed work.
• Prepare work schedules and communicate with HR; provide admin support in Facility Management.
• Install/remove flags and coordinate seasonal maintenance.

We are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our squad!

Your contribution:

• You carry out inspection rounds across the entire site, check the condition of sanitary facilities, perform minor repairs, report anomalies and follow up on corrective actions.
• You monitor stocks of consumables and cleaning products, place necessary orders, check and order cafeteria supplies, organise storage areas, ensure the proper storage and use of products, and inform employees about their correct use.
• You ensure that electric vehicles are properly connected to charging stations and coordinate special cleaning and vehicle repairs.
• You monitor the quality of cleaning services, organise special cleaning and maintain outdoor areas.
• You organise the removal of cardboard, paper and compost, manage the collection of special waste, and prepare waste and recycling containers, ensuring they are emptied once a week.
• You request and compare quotations, plan and coordinate service provider interventions, and check the quality of completed work.
• You prepare work schedules, organise absences within the cleaning team, communicate relevant information to the HR department and provide administrative support in Facility Management.
• You install and remove flags and coordinate seasonal maintenance work.

You will fit perfectly into our team if:

• You have experience in Facility Management, building caretaking or building services.
• You work independently and reliably and have a strong sense of organisation and responsibility.
• You have good communication skills and in-depth knowledge of cleaning products and consumables.
• You have an excellent command of French; knowledge of German is an advantage.
• You hold a category B driving licence.
