Zusammenfassung

Legal Minds AG in Zürich invites an immediately available Consultant in Legal & Compliance Strategy for a temporary 10+ month assignment. You will translate strategic ambitions into concrete targets for Compliance and Legal Advisory, strengthening risk management and improving processes and systems.

You’ll drive governance requirements and an operating model roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels and ensuring fluent German and English communication throughout the project.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Compliance, Legal Advisory or Governance, ideally in a strategic or conceptual capacity.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of an organisation.
• Full professional fluency in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Develop targets for functions such as Employee Compliance and Legal Advisory as part of a broader Legal & Compliance strategy.
• Strengthen preventive risk management and design simplified processes and systems to reduce employee compliance violations.
• Increase efficiency, transparency and quality of legal advisory services, e.g. through automation potential, self-service portals and professionalised contract management.
• Derive concrete requirements for target operating model/governance, IT systems, data, processes and skills from strategic target pictures.
• Consolidate findings into an implementation roadmap embedded in an overarching department strategy.
