Job summary

ELCA Advisory in Switzerland (Pully/Lausanne and Geneva) seeks a Consultant with a strong interest in AI-powered Digital Business Transformation to support clients through advisory mandates and transformation programmes.

You will contribute to consulting, business analysis, facilitation or work packages within workstreams, collaborating with ELCA Advisory colleagues and the wider ELCA Group.

Qualifications

• Passion for using technology to transform organisations and society in Switzerland and beyond.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in management or technology consulting, or in a comparable business/IT role.
• First consulting experience, ideally on strategic projects in cross-functional teams.
• Strong active listening, a quick grasp of new topics and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and methodological skills and an understanding of complex interdependencies.
• Ability to work independently on defined tasks and as a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience preparing presentations and supporting workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Interest in AI incl. agentic AI, cloud transformation, public procurement – from strategy development to implementation.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel as required by projects.
• First certifications in common methods and frameworks (TOGAF, COBIT, SAFe, HERMES, PMP (PMI), CISM, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in French (spoken and written, at least C1 level) and English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Close collaboration with client decision-makers, from operational to management level.
• Shaping the interface between business and IT: from AI/digital and IT strategy, transformation planning and the design and roll-out of future-ready operating models to enterprise architecture and implementation, together with our experts and delivery teams.
• Taking ownership of defined work packages and growing towards leading your own workstreams.
• Supporting the building and nurturing of lasting client relationships, including contributing to proposals and public tenders.
• Actively contributing to the development of ELCA Advisory through knowledge sharing and internal initiatives.

Education

Master’s degree in business informatics

Engineering or natural sciences degree

Certifications: TOGAF, COBIT, SAFe, HERMES, PMP (PMI), CISM

To support our growth, we are looking for a Consultant with a strong interest in AI-powered Digital Business Transformation to strengthen our teams in Pully/Lausanne and Geneva.

Within focused advisory mandates or longer transformation programmes, you take on, depending on client needs, responsibilities in consulting, business analysis, facilitation, or work packages within workstreams.

As you gradually take on more independence, you collaborate closely with your ELCA Advisory colleagues and draw on the expertise of the wider ELCA Group as needed.

This includes:

Your profile
