Qualifikationen
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- First experience in Transformation and/or Digital Technology preferred.
- Interest and knowledge of digital trends and technologies; willingness to learn.
- Experience in IT-organization design or related project management is a plus.
- Teamwork and strong client management and communication skills.
- Fluency in German and English; French is an advantage. Willingness to travel.

- Define strategy concepts around IT Strategies, Digital Transformation, IT Governance and IT Operating Model.
- Support project setup and execution.

Location: Zurich Workload: 80-100% Start Date: March 2026
- Advise KPMG clients on digital technology, IT and digital strategy, technology transformation and sourcing, AI, and process automation and digitalization
- Define strategy concepts around IT Strategies, Digital Transformation, IT Governance and IT Operating Model, etc.
- Support project setup and execution
- Help in the creation and extension of our KPMG solutions around Digital Transformation
- Support in business development activities
- Benefit from the opportunity to participate in project-related work in another Management Consulting Team
- Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Innovation or similar
- First experience in Transformation and/or Digital Technology or in a comparable environment is preferred
- A keen interest and knowledge of digital trends and technologies, combined with the desire to learn and adapt to emerging tech
- Experience in project management related to for example design of a new IT organization is a plus
- Teamwork, good project and client management skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in German and English, French is an advantage
- Willingness to travel
