McDonald’s Switzerland is seeking a Consultant Construction to coordinate and manage permitting for new store openings (NSO) and major renovations. You will ensure permits align with global standards and guide cross‑functional teams through regulatory processes in Crissier and across Switzerland.

This role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s in relevant field, 3–5 years in construction project management, native German with English or French, and strong stakeholder and budgeting skills.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Architecture; alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
• 3 to 5 years of experience in construction project management (as an engineer, project manager, or architect)
• Native German speaker with excellent command of English and/or French
• Proven ability to independently manage projects from initiation to completion
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
• Confident presenter with the ability to influence and drive decisions
• Agile, flexible, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment; autonomous while maintaining a collaborative mindset
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management platforms (e.g., Smartsheet)

Aufgaben

• Lead the submission of building permit applications and ensure their timely approval in accordance with established processes
• Collaborate closely with architects, external partners, and internal stakeholders to secure required approvals
• Oversee the preparation of architectural plans and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements
• Manage and track all administrative aspects of ongoing permitting procedures
• Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to approved permits and specifications
• Track project budgets and review/validate invoices from architects and external experts
• Act as the primary point of contact for architects, site managers, and real estate representatives
• Work cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
• Organize your work with strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
