Condair Group in Switzerland is seeking an experienced field salesperson to cover Western Switzerland and Valais. You will develop technical solutions, prepare offers for projects, and drive sales growth according to the company strategy.

The role requires a technical background in HVAC or electrical engineering, plus several years of field sales experience and strong presentation and negotiation skills. Weekend trade fairs and on-site customer visits are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of field sales experience in HVAC or related industries.
• Experience in dehumidification and drying is desirable.
• Strong presentation, consulting and negotiation skills.
• Good time management and self-motivated with personal responsibility.

Aufgaben

• Sell products for dehumidification and drying in Western Switzerland and Valais.
• Own the budget for your sales region.
• Acquire new customers, support and advise existing customers.
• Develop technical solutions, prepare offers within projects.
• Grow sales within the defined strategy.
• Conduct market analysis and introduce new products and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external departments.
• Provide technical support to the service team during commissioning.
• Participate in training, trade fairs and events.
