You welcome clients at the branch, identify growth potential, inform them, and direct them to specialists, while developing the client base and handling compliant administrative tasks.

A banking background and strong client contact skills are required; SAQ certification is an asset, and residency in the Nyon area is preferred.

• Offer solutions adapted to the client’s needs, taking into account their personal situation and within the framework of the product offer specific to the "basic services" segment
• Welcome clients within the branch, identify their development potential, inform them and direct them to specialists
• Actively collaborate in market prospecting measures specific to each target group, particularly during contact campaigns
• Develop the current client base by opening accounts and new relationships
• Manage administrative tasks related to the role in compliance with current regulations

• Commercial employee CFC, ideally with banking training
• Proven experience in Swiss banking
• SAQ certification is an asset
