Job summary

Synthara, Zürich, Switzerland, seeks a hands-on engineer to join the applications team and help deploy ComputeRAM on AI, signal-processing and cryptography workloads.

You will work at the intersection of machine learning, embedded systems, computer architecture and compilers, analyzing workloads, benchmarking performance and energy, and supporting customer engagements.

Close collaboration with customers, partners and internal teams will shape the roadmap and ensure practical, documented results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant industry or research experience in ML/AI, or equivalent advanced technical background.
• Hands-on with ML/AI workloads on compute platforms.
• Ability to read papers and translate into working implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for customer interactions.
• Degree in CS/EE/ML/Math/Physics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement and benchmark AI, ML, and signal-processing workloads on ComputeRAM-enabled systems.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and present results to customers and partners.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to shape product roadmap.
• Produce technical docs, benchmark reports, and application notes.
• Support customer engagements, workshops, and pre-sales activities.
