Qualifikationen

• University degree or higher education in law and/or compliance; Swiss education is an advantage.
• 3+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in Swiss financial industry.
• Knowledge of AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, SRO Regulations, CDB20.
• Business fluent in English; knowledge of a Swiss national language is an advantage.
• Independent, proactive, goal-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Team player with strong communication, reporting & stakeholder management.

• Advising financial intermediaries on regulatory, legal and compliance matters.
• Establishing companies for clients.
• Preparing, submitting and guiding through licensing applications.
• Acting as AML & Risk Officer as part of outsourcing mandates.
• Implementing RegTech software for clients.
• Drafting and reviewing policies and delivering training.
• Coordinating with supervisory authorities.
• Co-developing JayBee and contributing ideas for our shared success.
