Qualifikationen

• University degree or higher education in law and/or compliance; Swiss education is an advantage.
• 3+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in Swiss financial industry.
• Knowledge of AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, SRO Regulations, CDB20.
• Business fluent in English; knowledge of a Swiss national language is an advantage.
• Independent, proactive, goal-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Team player with strong communication, reporting & stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience (3+ years), preferably with 2+ years of practical experience in the Swiss financial industry
• Knowledge of financial market regulation such as AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, SRO Regulations, CDB20
• Business fluent in English; knowledge of a Swiss national language is an advantage
• Committed, energetic, proactive personality ready to deliver above expectations
• Independent, goal-oriented work style with strong attention to detail
• Team player with strong communication, reporting & stakeholder management skills
• Tech & AI affinity, preferably in the field of RegTech
• Nice to have: Advanced expertise in crypto, Consulting experience or experience in a law firm, Advanced AI skills and experience with RegTech tools
