Job summary

Flex Suisse is seeking a Compliance Officer to support due diligence and compliance review activities for clients within Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. You will review and assess documentation, conduct background checks, and prepare risk assessments in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Law, Compliance, Finance, Business Administration or a bank apprenticeship with 2+ years in compliance or related fields.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, AML/KYC or client due diligence within financial services.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and risk-based compliance frameworks.
• Experience reviewing client files and supporting documentation.

Experience:

• Degree in Law, Compliance, Finance, Business Administration or completed bank apprenticeship.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Compliance, AML/KYC, Client Due Diligence or a related field within financial services.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and risk-based compliance frameworks.
• Experience reviewing client files, corporate structures and supporting documentation.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
