Jewish Care in Bern is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, meals, and activities, taking a person-centred approach. You’ll help residents feel valued and maintain their independence within a nurturing team.

You don’t need previous care experience; what matters is kindness, reliability and a willingness to learn. The role involves 12-hour shifts across weekdays and some weekends in a caring environment committed to dignity.
