AO Foundation in Switzerland seeks a Project Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations, growth, and member experience of its digital community platform, myAO.

You will help ensure a vibrant, well-governed, member-centric space that supports AO’s mission of improving patient care through education, innovation, and collaboration, and you will drive the platform’s evolution as a global hub for orthopaedic and trauma professionals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in project coordination, community management, or digital platforms are an advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience in community management or project coordination.

Aufgaben

• Oversees daily activity on the myAO platform, ensuring governance and timely response.
• Onboards, supports, and develops group admins and moderators with clear guidelines.
• Plans, drafts, and publishes platform communications and newsletters.
• Maintains the editorial calendar and aligns messaging with community goals.
• Collects engagement data and prepares reports for senior leadership.
